Election schedule of Lakhimpur district sports association announced

Staff Reporter, North Lakhimpur, November 10: Returning Officer Plaban Tamuli announced the schedule of election that will be held for the formation of the forthcoming Lakhimpur district sports association executive committee today. Elections will be held for the posts of association president, four executive presidents, general secretary,two assistant general secretaries, treasurer, secretaries of various departments, including athletics, badminton, football, basketball, table tennis, kabaddi etc. Accordingly, the names of the clubs are announced who will take part in the election. Only two delegates from those clubs or associations can participate in the election procedure. Accordingly,Boginadi United Club, Johing Football Club, Jayanta Smriti Youth Club, Nakari Club, Morning Star Club, Chanmari Club, Lakhimpur Sports Club,Hatilung Football Coaching Center,Laluk Sports Association, Rainbow Sports Association,Tulip Sports Academy, Yuvanagar Sports Association, Nowboicha Sports Association, Dubi Football Club,Bihpuria Sports Club, Bihpuria Coaching Center, Khulaguri Football Club, Narayanpur Sports Association, Temera Navasaradiya Club,Borbil Raut Club, Sunrise Club and Dhalpur United Sporting Club have got the chance to participate in the election. If there is any complaint or application in this regard, then one would given it to Returning Officer Plaban Tamuli with an amount of two rupees court fee within 3 p.m. on November 12 next. Afterwards, the final list will be published on November 14, names of two delegates from each of those clubs will be submitted within November 16, voter list will be published on November 18, nominations will be submitted within 3 p.m. on November 22 after receiving nominations from November 19,list of eligible candidates will be published on November 24 after scrutinizing the nominations on November 23, nominations could be withdrawn within 4 p.m. on November 26, the final list of candidates will be published on November 27 and election and general meeting will be held at 11a.m. on November 4. Besides, the executive committee of the association for the forthcoming term will be formed after announcing the results of the election on November 4.
