Three drugs peddler arrested in Pengeri

Staff Reporter, Tinsukia October 21: A woman along with three drug mafias were arrested today at Pengeri in Tinsukia district along with a large quantity of drugs.The arrested drugs mafia has been identified as Atul Gogoi (39), Manoj Saikia (29) and Maya Tamang (31), from Pengeri.The Pengeri police have also seized a luxury vehicle number AR 09B 6518 used in drug trafficking besides seizing 45.6 grams of suspected dogs from their custody. Based on a tip-off, the anti-drug operation was led by Bakul Ingti, officer-in-charge of Pengeri police station.
