Sootea MLA Padma Hazarika inaugurates Book Fair at Sootea

Staff Reporter, Biswanath Chariali, October 19: A six-day long book fair organized by Istantik, a socio-cultural and educational organization of the greater Sootea area in collaboration with Bonsai Publication was inaugurated by Sootea MLA Padma Hazarika today. The book fair that was organized inside the office premises of Istantik will continue till October 24, stated a press release. The inaugural event was attended by Dipshikha Handique, mayor of Sootea municipal board, Lakhi Kanta Bora, president of Sootea Anchalik Panchayat, Udayshankar Shaikia, president of No. 3 Sootea GP beside the members of both Istantik and Bonsai.
