One held with ₹11 lakh fake currency

Bureau Report, Nagaon, September 8: Based on secret inputs, Nagaon police led by I/c Haibargaon outpost arrested one Abdul Jalil (27) of Mikirati Hawgaon under Doboka PS in Hojai district. Police seized over 11 lakhs of fake Indian currencies from his possession on spot this afternoon. He was brought later to Nagaon. Police have registered a case in this regard and further investigation as well as interrogation is on, sources said.
