Creative National Journalist Award-2022 conferred to Amrit Pawan Bora

Staff Reporter, Dhakuakhana,September 20 : The seventh annual Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika National Awards 2022 was presented at Jyoti Chitraban, Guwahati on Sunday to encourage distinguished personalities involved in the fields of literature, culture, education and environment for the past six years. The event was attended by NEBCUS " President Gagnastam Gogoi, General Secretary Barsha Kashyap and other office bearers. The awards ceremony began with the performance of folk songs by folk musician Minu Das Bora. The awards ceremony was attended by cultural activist Manisha Hazarika, prominent actor Pranjal Shaikia, Dr. Hemant Kumar Das, Dr. Amia Patar, Biraj Gogoi and many other distinguished personalities. The awards ceremony was also attended by Dr. Hemant Kumar Das, Minu Das Bora, Biraj Gogoi, Amarjyoti Ghosh, Premanand Talukdar and Mintu Kumar Medhi. The 7th Annual Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika National Award for Best Creative Journalist 2022 was presented to Amrit Pawan Barah, senior journalist of " Assamese Pratidin " and Assamese Pratidin Digital " Dhakuakhana. The award winners were presented with certificates of appreciation, flower gomochas, mementos and medals.
