Tinsukia, September 29 : The Digboi Excise Circle along with the cooperation from Bordumsa Police apprehended Debo Borah (34) from No 2 Ritu Kothalguri and Biplob Bora (40) from No 2 Naya Kuju of Dihing Mouza under Bordumsa PS on September 28.Case No.s DIG/EX/2022/731 and DIG/EX/2022/732 dated 28/09/2022 under section 53(1)(a) of Assam Excise act 2000(as amended) was registered against the accused at Digboi Excise Circle.Beer around 20.39 BL and IMFL 13.68 BL marked for sale in Arunachal Pradesh only were seized by the Excise team. The two accused were sent to judicial custody as ordered by the SDJM Court, Margherita.
